VNPF Strategic Plan 2025 - 2029
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) Five-Year Strategic Plan (2025 – 2029) serves as a guided roadmap for achieving short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives, prioritising growth, development, investment and adaptability within the Fund over the next five years. It comprises of several critical elements: a vision, mission and core values; a situational analysis; strategic objectives; detailed actions and initiatives; and an ongoing process for monitoring and adjustment to ensure alignment with changing circumstances in the local, regional and wider international markets.
